A standard back to back installation refers to the installation of a Split Air Conditioning system in a property where there is a maximum pipe run of 3 metres between the indoor and outdoor units.

What are MEPS?

MEPS stands for Maximum Energy Performance Standards. Basically, the implementation of MEPS in Australia means that certain products (including single phased air conditioning units), that manufactured in or imported to Australia must now comply with the relevant statutory requirements as defined for minimum energy efficiency levels.
